Where is leaf confetti produced? ExpandLeaf confetti is a 100% Dutch product. Together with our canny social workers, we make sure that from leaf to shipment it is all produced locally.
When does leaf confetti decay ExpandLeaf confetti decomposes within 4 to 5 days. The same goes for the twist. If this is too long, please contact us.
Is leaf confetti allowed at my location? ExpandYes indeed, in theory it does! We have extensively tested when and how leaf confetti decays. It completely dissolves itself in 4 to 5 days and leaves NO stains or mess. Sometimes due to wind or rain, the chance of decay is even faster. Can I see it first before ordering it? ExpandYes you can! You can order a sample package or come visit us at a trade show. You can get a sample packet here order. For a trade show visit look here where we will be next season.
Products
Have people in the neighborhood run out of leaves on the bushes? ExpandDon’t worry, we grow the leaves ourselves. So no one being robbed of her or his leaves!
Is it possible to vary in color? ExpandOur basic product leaf confetti is always beautifully green.
What is the size of the crate? ExpandThe crate is 17cm high x 23cm wide x 41cm long.
How much leaf confetti do you recommend for an occasion? ExpandEach product in the store lists the number of hands the products are for. If you would like a different number or have any questions, please let us know via the contact form .
Can I have a design made for engraving/printing ExpandYes you certainly can! We will create an appropriate design based on your wishes or examples. The cost of designing for engraving and twist together is €45.00 incl. 1 round of corrections.
How do I store leaf confetti and for how long? ExpandIf you followed the storage advice below you are assured of top condition leaf confetti!

You can put leaf confetti in a crate near the entrance. Or divide the bags among the chairs on the center aisle. A bag+ allows you to distribute leaf confetti in your own bags for such things as the moment of walking out of church! If you are the bride or groom, remember that to ask someone to organize it. Most importantly, discuss the moment with the photographer well in advance to make sure you get the perfect (scatter/leaf confetti) photo!

What payment methods do you offer? ExpandWe use iDeal, Bancontact / Mistercash (for Belgium) and sofort banking.
When is the best time to order? ExpandYou can always order from us even if it is far in advance. Best is six months in advance to a 3 weeks. Then we also have enough time to give proper attention to your order. We make sure at all times that your order is shipped 2 weeks before the festivity! (excluding Sample, gift card offline and e-gift card) The
Delivery
What delivery period should I consider? ExpandOnce we receive your order we will schedule the order. We will keep you informed from when, for example, the crate is engraved to when the order is shipped. CAUTION! Because we provide a fresh product, we send the product 2 weeks before the day of the celebration. So that it is delivered in top condition. (excluding Sample, gift card offline and e-gift card) Should you want to receive the product earlier because you are getting married abroad, for example? Then email us using the contact form.

Can I return an order? ExpandMost of our products are customized for you. The legal right of withdrawal does not apply as a result. In case of damage during transportation please contact as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery) contact us as soon as possible.
What carriers do you use? ExpandDepending on where the package needs to go, we choose a carrier. Generally, we use DPD, DHL or PostNL.

Can I pick up an order ExpandYes you can by appointment. You can pick up your order between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. in Uitgeest.

How do I redeem my gift card? Expand-
- Go to the store
- Add your favorite product to your shopping crate.
- Go to checkout
- Enter the unique code of this gift card and click apply.
- Enter your information and complete your order.

- Our gift cards have a validity of 2 years after issuance unless otherwise stated.
The gift card will be shipped at no additional shipping cost! (This applies to the Netherlands and Belgium)

Complaints
I have a complaint. Now what? Expand-
- It can always happen that something doesn’t go quite as planned. We encourage you to first report complaints to us by emailing bestelling@bladconfetti.nl. If it is a complaint about a product, we always ask you to send a photo along so we can deal with the complaint immediately. We then look for a suitable solution and are not satisfied until you are. Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Dispute Commission for mediation through the WebwinkelKeur Foundation at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform.
